We usually store your information as long as necessary for the usage for which they are collected and stored, and we are not legally bound to keep them. For example, we store the booking information at least 10 years for taxes and accounting. This included your name, email and billing address.

Cookies enables us to follow the content of the basket (for services) while you are browsing the website.
Another cookie allows us to follow the information entered while searching for an accomodation.
A cookie is used to identify your current language and the last chosen language.

Payments
Card payments are handled by our partner Stripe. While treating payments, some information will be shared to Stripe, including total amount or billing information.

Who can access the data
Our team members can access to the data you give us. For example, administrators can access:
- Booking information such as the booked accommodation / ordered service, stay dates and options, …
- Customer information such as name, email and billing information.
Our team can access these informations to handle bookings, perform refunds and help you.
Content embedded from other websites
This website articles may content embedded (such as videos, pictures, articles, …). The content embedded from other website is treated the same way as if the visitor was browsing this other website.
These websites may collect data on you, use cookies, embed external tracking tools, follow your interactions with this embedded content if you have an account on their website.
Your rights on your data
You can ask for the deletion of your personal data. This is not applicable for the data shared for administrative, legal or security reasons.
